If you haven't noticed already there is a 12 theme going on here so I figured I would continue it and have this whole thing start on 12/12/12, that is December 12th 2012 and end exactly a year later. The reasoning behind it being a year long is that there had to be some kind of timeline and 12 seemed to be a great number, much like the 12 trials of hercules these challenges (though probably not giving me immortality) will hopefully help shape me as a person and push me to my limits and beyond.

As mentioned in the who I am page, my end goal is to be an inspiration and motivator for people to get outdoors and push themselves so to be any good at that I need a little life experience. To coach people on how to push their limits I need to master how to push mine so that is why I have set out to complete these challenges. I'll learn what it means to self-motivate and share that knowledge with everyone that I can.
